Maggie's New Calf

Last night (18 January 2009) at 8:20pm our Maggie had her first calf! It is a little bull calf so we named him "Sir Loin."

Welcome to our blog! We are the Pendleton family from south Alabama.



We moved here in 2000 when my father retired from the military. We live on a 5 acre farmstead that we call, "Creek Wood Farm". We have 3 cows, allot of chickens and rabbits, 3 dogs, a barnyard cat, honey bees, 5 dairy goats, and a garden.

We are blessed with a wonderful church family at "Wiregrass Reformed Church", as well as many other friends in the surrounding area.
